Details
The KAUST pre-chamber design is adapted to the outside dimension of the stock diesel injector so that pre-chamber can be installed with few minor modifications of the engine. The main focus of the research is to understand the underlying phenomenon occurring inside the pre-chamber through engine experimental data and CFD simulations.
